Service Description

Hatha is translated as Ha “Sun” and Tha “Moon”. The sun symbolizes the light, hot, active & masculine energies, while the moon symbolizes the dark, cold, receptive & feminine energies. This class will work the equal & opposing aspects of ourselves, to create a sense of integration and centredness. We will move at a comfortable pace with an emphasis on breath with the physical shape and sensation in the body.
